Two teens charged in armed carjacking

Two teens have been charged so far in connection with an armed carjacking in Hammond.

Cyrus Seven Jefferson, 18, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, and Jeremy “Lil Jayski” Wallace, 17, of Hammond, were charged Thursday as adults with armed robbery, two counts of intimidation and one count of auto theft, according to Lake Superior Court records.

An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for Wallace with orders to be held on an $8,000 bond.
