A 168-unit apartment project in Maumelle tipped the scales at $25.2 million.

Thirteen limited liability companies, affiliates of Canyon View Capital in Santa Cruz, California, bought Highland Pointe Apartments at 100 Commercial Park Court.

Rock Island Police Searching for Fugitive

(Rock Island, Illinois) -- Rock Island Police are searching for a suspect they say is a dangerous fugitive.

Police obtained an arrest warrant on Wednesday, June 16th for 28 year-old Derrick Nephew, Jr., who's facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault with a firearm and aggravated discharge of a firearm. He's being charged in a gas station shooting that left one person injured.
