Streamlined care coming to OSF Cancer Center in Danville

OSF HealthCare Bobette Steely Hegeler Cancer Care Center

Cancer care doesn’t make anyone’s list of “things I want to do.”

But for patients at the OSF Bobette Steely Hegeler Cancer Care Center in Danville, Illinois, visits will soon be more comfortable and streamlined thanks to $750,000 worth of interior renovations.

Phase two of the cancer center expansion project started in December and will continue for around five months. Patient care will continue while work is underway.

Ayleen Cortez first recipient of Huber Vocational Scholarship

Collinsville Area Vocational Center (CAVC) announced Friday that Collinsville High School senior Ayleen Cortez is the first recipient of the Marilyn and Doug Huber Vocational Scholarship. The Hubers joined CAVC faculty and Director Joe McGinnis for the announcement of the $2,500 award.
