Blue Grass officer promoted to sergeant during city council meeting

An officer has been promoted to sergeant following Monday night's city council meeting in Blue Grass.

The police department's Facebook page was updated Monday night saying Officer Bob Guinn was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Police Chief Jahns was there to swear him in.
