Free Rock ‘N’ Rail Music & Street Festival in Griffith features tribute bands galore

People who love tribute bands have several main stage selections to choose from at the 13th annual Rock ‘N’ Rail Music & Street Festival Sept. 1-4 in downtown Griffith.

Acts at the free event start on Sept. 1 with John Mellencamp tribute Small Town (5:30 p.m.), Fleetwood Mac Mania (7:30 p.m.) and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young tribute Marrakesh Express (9:30 p.m.).

Hours are 5 p.m.-midnight Sept. 1; 4 p.m.-midnight Sept. 2; 1 p.m.-midnight Sept. 3-4.
