Seward seeks City Council seat

As a counselor, Jim Seward has poured his time and energy into helping his clients.

Now he wants to do the same thing for his city.

Seward has entered the race for the at-large Fort Dodge City Council seat to be filled in the Feb. 7 special election.

“I want to invest my time and pour my energies into the community,” he said.
