2024 LB Andrew Hines III (6-1 215) of Atlanta released his top dozen on Sunday and he has USC in the list. The others are Harvard, Cal, Ole Miss, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Wake Forest, West Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska and Duke. Hines visited USC for the Clemson game in 2021.
