Two arrested in weekend shooting near Nashville, IL

WASHINGTON COUNTY, IL — Police in Nashville, Illinois are reporting the arrest of two people over the weekend in connection with shots fired from a vehicle on Interstate 64.

According to NPD, just after midnight Saturday, they and other Washingon County police agencies responded to a report of shots being fired from a vehicle eastbound on Interstate 64 from the 33 mile marker. East St. Louis, Ill. – Paul L. Jansen, 26, of Damiansville, Illinois, was sentenced on Wednesday,

February 16, 2022, to 188 months imprisonment for attempted enticement of a minor and
