Caleb Etienne, Taylor Miterko ready to be left-side anchors on Oklahoma State's O-line

STILLWATER — A year ago at this time, Caleb Etienne and Taylor Miterko were locked in a battle to be Oklahoma State’s left tackle — a job that ultimately went to Cole Birmingham.

Clean-up continues after train derailment

PESOTUM, Ill. (WCIA) — Crews are still working to clean up more than 10 hours after a train derailed.

The derailment happened just north of Pesotum, but it has affected much more than that.

Pesotum Village President Joyce Ragle says roads will stay blocked until 7 a.m. Thursday, and work on the railroad crossings will take weeks to repair.

A total of 17 freight cars were derailed, she says, which includes 7 cars that tipped over from the derailment.
