Two arrested on drug, gun charges at Lake Ouachita

A Louisiana man and a Texas woman who were allegedly found with a loaded gun and drugs at Lake Ouachita State Park after approaching a park ranger were arrested on multiple felony charges late Thursday.

Reese L. Todd, 34, of Shreveport, La., and Sara R. Steed, 33, of Waskom, Texas, were both taken into custody shortly after 11 p.m. and charged with felony counts of simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, punishable by up to life in prison, possession of meth with purpose to deliver and distribution of a controlled substance ...
