WEST ST PAUL, MINNESOTA - In the early hours of May 9, 2024, a single-vehicle rollover incident shook the quiet streets of West St. Paul. According to the West St. Paul Police Department, the accident occurred around 3:30 AM on Thursday, May 9th, when a 34-year-old female was driving a Jeep southbound on Cherokee Avenue, approaching Dodd Road, and struck a legally parked vehicle.
