Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reports the arrest of a Pennsylvania resident on Felony DWI charges following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On September 8th, 2022, at approximately 12:27 am, Deputies responded to Interstate 390 in the Town of Groveland after receiving a call for a vehicle traveling at high speeds and swerving all over the roadway.
