Artist Jessica Wojtasek paints love letters to Columbus in 'Between the Lines' exhibit

When Jessica Wojtasek was growing up in Bridgeport, Ohio, she got to take a children’s art class through Ohio University Eastern, also located in Belmont County.

Working with water-mixable oil paints, the precocious 10-year-old especially liked to paint scenes of cities.

“I grew up in the middle of nowhere and cities just seemed to be vibrant,” Wojtasek recalled.
