Buckeyes In Top 6 For Top 70 Defensive Tackle Vernon Broughton

Houston, Texas (Cy Ridge HS) defensive tackle Vernon Broughton released his Top 6 on Monday afternoon and Ohio State was among his top group. Joining the Buckeyes were Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, LSU, and Texas A&M.

Broughton (6-5 286) is the No. 5 defensive tackle in the 2020 class according to the 247Sports Composite and the No. 70 player overall.

Currently, all eight Crystal Ball projections are pointing the Longhorns’ way.
