Green Springs police warn of new scam targeting area residents

Green Springs, Ohio — The Green Springs Police Department is warning the public about a new scam that they say is targeting area residents.

Recently, residents have been getting messages on their cellphones stating that certain services are restricted to payment through PayPal, Amazon, or some other online retail location, according to Green Springs PD.
