HIRAM, Ohio – Hiram College’s Garfield Center for Public Leadership will host a seminar featuring Gen. Wesley Clark, NATO’s former supreme allied commander in Europe, on Thursday, Nov. 3 at 5 p.m. in the Kennedy Center Ballroom, 11730 Garfield Road.

The seminar will analyze how the ongoing war in Ukraine may affect the size and role of the NATO alliance, the status of Russia as a world power, and the future of European security.
