Middle Point Employee Allegedly Steals $15,000 Worth Of Lottery Tickets

(5-26-22) According to a Facebook Posting from Danny’s Bar & Grill (108 Adams Street) in Middle Point an employee was apparently caught on camera stealing $15,000 worth of Ohio Lottery Tickets.

The posting asks that anyone that knows the location of Michael Shawn Hauser II (29) of Defiance to contact the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office at 419-238-3866.

According to a comment on the posting the ownership has called the Ohio Lottery Office and cancelled the tickets…which makes them invalid and unable to cash-in. ... Read more
