FAIRFIELD – A $50 million project will give new life to the former Liberty Mutual/Ohio Casualty property on Seward Road.

Indianapolis-based Ambrose Property Group bought the 137 acre, two-parcel site last December from Liberty Mutual and plans to add up to five buildings to create Fairfield Commerce Park.
