Update 9/29/22 – The Newtown, Connecticut, Planning and Zoning Commission approved the project proposed by 19 Commerce Road LLC. The Sept. 15 vote was unanimous following some discussion with the developer. The facility will be built in phases on about 45% of the 5-acre site.
