Delaware State Police Troop 2 is issuing a Gold Alert for 56-year-old Thomas Stratton of Linwood, Pennsylvania. Stratton was last seen on June 16, 2022 at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the New Castle, DE area. Attempts to contact or locate Stratton have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
