TEMPLETON, Pa. (EYT) – The nondenominational St. Mary’s Redbank Church in Templeton is pleased to announce the appointment of the Rev. Dr. Gordon Barrows as their new lead pastor.

Growing up as the son of a pastor, Barrows family moved from North Bloomfield, Ohio, to New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in 1992 following his father’s retirement from over forty years in ministry.

A man accused of smashing and flipping police cars after a peaceful protest on May 30 was extradited to Rochester. Andrew Bell, 24, was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Clarion, Pennsylvania on June 8. Investigators say he fled after the violence in Rochester to evade apprehension.
