LI-based REIT acquires portfolio for $11.575M

Cedarhurst-based Postal Realty Trust has acquired a 75-property portfolio for $11.575 million.

The publicly traded real estate investment trust purchased the portfolio of properties, which are all leased to the United States Postal Service, from Stamford, Conn.-based Twenty Lake Holdings.
