Heart-wrenching video shows a group of Good Samaritans rescue a Texas family caught in a violent storm on Saturday.

Tom Mitchell told WFAA-TV that he was driving near Myrtle Springs, Texas, when he spotted a flipped truck surrounded by water. Lacking the strength to help with the water rescue, he shot video as a group of people freed a father, and two young children from the overturned vehicle.
