The Dallas lawyer who pushed former President Donald Trump’s false narrative about a stolen election was unsuccessful Tuesday in her bid to stop the State Bar of Texas’ attempt to rebuke her for filing what the agency says are frivolous lawsuits alleging voter fraud.

The state bar is seeking sanctions against Sidney Powell, once a member of Trump’s legal team, that could range from a reprimand to the loss of her license to practice law.
