THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — CBRE has negotiated a 19,074-square-foot office lease at Wildwood Corporate Centre in The Woodlands, about 30 miles north of Houston. The two-building, 330,000-square-foot complex was built in phases between 2014 and 2016 and offers a fitness center and conference facilities. Individuals from Texas charged with thousands in theft from Fenton Kohl’s

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office issued charges last Saturday against four individuals from Texas for stealing thousands of dollars worth of cosmetics from a Kohl’s store in Fenton.

The prosecuting attorney’s office issued charges Nov. 12 against 33-year-old Lavina Ghelmegeanu of Austin, Texas; 39-year-old Desdemona Dila of Houston; 31-year-old Ana Curueru of Conroe, Texas; and 32-year-old Ecsmira Vasile for stealing $750 or more.

Each are being held on a $75,000 cash-only bond, no 10%.
