Six states represented in Utah meet

The Durango High School cross-county teams competed in the championship divisions of the Border Wars on Saturday in Taylorsville, Utah, facing some of the fastest teams from six states in the region.

The DHS girls finished seventh out of 18 teams, and the boys finished 13th out of 17 teams.

Luke Swenk had the best individual finish for DHS, finishing 16th in the 5K in 15:57.
