It’s an unexpected combination – an authentic German restaurant in a tiny Utah town. But Das Café is doing very well in its Historic Register building at 130 North Main in Spring City (right across from the Old Spring City Firehouse and Daughters of the Utah Pioneers museum), thank you very much.
