Listed at $2.5M, Arcadia Nursing Home property sells for just $250,000

The former Arcadia Nursing Home and Quail Run Assisted Living Center in Gargatha have been sold, according to records filed in Accomack County Circuit Court.

Parksley Place LLC purchased the properties for $250,000, according to a record filed in Accomack in August.

The assessed value was listed as $2.5 million.

The limited liability company has the same Charlottesville address as Commonwealth Senior Living, which last year purchased the Hermitage on the Eastern Shore in Onancock.
