Police: Vermont man was impaired at time of school bus crash

Investigators with Vermont State Police said the man who crashed into the back of a school bus Monday afternoon was driving under the influence. Police said 48-year-old Arthur Tobin Jr., of Jeffersonville, crashed into a bus displaying flasher signals on Route 15 in Cambridge. There were "several" children on board when the crash happened; none were injured. Police said Tobin was displaying signs of impairment at the scene and was arrested for driving under the influence.
